This Risk Warning is addressed to Latorka Users and highlights the potential risks associated with foreign exchange trading.
Foreign exchange transactions, including "spot" trading, "day trading," "options," and "forwards," carry inherent risks. Before deciding to execute a transaction with any brokerage, including Latorka, prospective clients must carefully assess their financial situation.
All operations related to the buying and selling of foreign currency can lead to partial or complete loss of financial funds. Such trading should only be conducted using "risk capital"—funds that the client can afford to lose without impacting their livelihood. Risk capital refers to money that is not essential for the User’s survival or well-being.
Latorka recommends that prospective Clients review all available information on the Latorka website to accurately and clearly assess the potential risks of foreign exchange trading.
Market analysis, expert reviews, and trading recommendations presented on the Latorka website should not be considered as guaranteed accurate or up-to-date. Latorka cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information at any given time.
Online foreign exchange trading, regardless of its perceived effectiveness, does not necessarily reduce risk.
Latorka assumes no responsibility for any actions taken by the Client or third parties based on the information provided on the website. This includes, but is not limited to, the accuracy of quotes, delays in quotes, news, or charts generated from quotes.
